Our brief was to mirror the branding used on their market-leading curry sauce. We were sent over some packaging to gain inspiration. One of the subtle details that became the main theme was the background of bamboo.
This vehicle needed to do more than carry a logo. It had to become a moving marketing showpiece.
Our focus was to give the Maysan brand maximum visual impact, ensuring the logo remained dominant while the overall design felt bold.
The Bamboo design was developed as a cut silver vinyl overlay, applied directly to the smart car’s factory black panels.
This layered approach gave us strong contrast, clean definition, and a sharp visual edge. Without the need for a full wrap.
The finished result is a compact car with real presence. By combining bold brand colours with sharp, high contrast graphics, the Smart car became a powerful mobile advert that reflects Maysan’s identity with confidence.
Small in size, but impossible to ignore.
