Sunderland Software Centre – Wall Wrap & Acrylic Logo

Wall graphics are hot at the moment. Grabbing your attention in stark spaces adds detail and interest in a plain environment. Hooper Signs have been doing wall graphics in a big way for the past 10 years. At the Sunderland Software Centre, we were asked to produce and install wall graphics and vinyl. The Design was created by Stewart Hindmarsh Advertising.

Our wall graphics are printed on a special wall vinyl that is designed to stick onto a painted plaster surface and stay in place. The last thing we or the customer wants is the vinyl curling off the wall. This is why we choose to use the right material for the job.

The Install took place the reception desk front, the first-floor mezzanine floor (red) and the second-floor wall (blue). This broke up the vast amount of white space in the light building.

Above the reception area, we created a two-level standoff sign. The smaller lettering is acrylic bonded directly to the wall. While the larger acrylic letters are 10mm clear acrylic backed up with the design then standing off the wall on locators. The 10mm acrylic allows the colours to bounce around the polished acrylic which adds a great finish.
